Baked Tilapia

Tilapia is a very versatile fish and this recipe is super quick, easy, and guilt-free.

What you need:

4 Tilapia filets

1 tbls Olive oil

1 tbls Minced garlic

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Chili powder

1 tsp Spicy mustard

Pinch Cayenne

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl combine the oil, garlic, and seasonings.

Coat the Tilapia in the mixture and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

All done! Serve with your favorite veggies.

  1. I can’t wait to try these recipes. I was looking for a good low carbon pork loin yesterday wish I had added the vrgetables. We all love tilapi . I am very allergic to seafood (which I love).
