Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Apples

I’m always looking for ways to eat green veggies at dinner and these roasted Brussel sprouts with apples really hit the spot.

What you need:

1 pound Brussel sprouts: fresh or frozen

2 diced apples

1 diced sweet onion

1 tbls olive oil

Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss all ingredients in olive oil, salt and pepper.

Place on baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes. That’s literally it!!
